Friends of The Royal Ballet School provide invaluable support to our students through their ongoing membership and attendance at our events. In return, they have the opportunity to watch our dancers as they progress through the School towards a professional career, and receive privileged access to their day to day training.

Annual membership £40

Gift memberships are also available on request.

Membership period 1 September to 31 August.

Why become a Friend?

The true value of being a Friend is in knowing that you play a part in supporting our students achieve their dream and full potential.

Friends also receive:

  • Updates through The Royal Ballet School’s e-newsletter Encore, sent to you twice a year
  • Invitations to Friends’ Open Days, held twice a year – a unique opportunity to watch students in daily class and rehearsal
  • Priority booking for School events, choreographic competitions and the School’s Summer Performances at Opera Holland Park and the Royal Opera House

We welcome membership applications from new Friends at any time during the year, however, please note that the annual membership programme runs from 1 September to 31 August.
