A Focus on Creativity

A series of seminars and workshops focusing on creativity in ballet education and training.

Following the success of A Focus on Style and Training, The Royal Ballet School is delighted to present this third series of lectures, practical demonstrations and panel discussions.

Creativity in Ballet Education and Training Seminars open to the general public. Creative Masterclass open to young dancers aged 14-18 years (with and without previous ballet experience). Dance Teachers’ Workshop open to dance teachers only.

Janet Karin, dance teacher, educator and President of the International Association for Dance Medicine & Science (IADMS) will present a one day workshop exploring creative approaches to teaching and learning dance techniques, including classical ballet.

For dancers with or without ballet experience aged 14-18 years

Led by The Royal Ballet School Artist in Education, this workshop is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a variety of dancers to creatively explore ballet.
