Artistic Manager Intensive Courses and Auditions (UK)

We are seeking an Artistic Manager to be responsible for identifying students with the talent to join the School full-time and to the School’s part-time Associates programmes. The role also heads up the organisation, set up and delivery of the Intensive Courses held in the UK.
This role would suit an individual who has professional experience as a classical ballet dancer or classical ballet teacher, with an ability to spot and develop talent. Sound organisational and administrative skills are essential to the success of this role and you will have a can-do attitude, enjoy being part of a team and will drive the success of the School and it’s training programmes.
Duration: Permanent
Hours: As necessary to carry out duties, minimum of 35 hours per week, with evening and weekend work compensated by TOIL
Location: White Lodge, Richmond Park, please consider the remote location of this role prior to applying
Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum
