Associate Centre Coordinator

The Associate Programme is an extensive national programme introducing the School’s system of training to young, talented students studying at private ballet and vocational schools across the country. It is divided into 4 stages: Junior, Mid, Senior and Advanced Associates.

We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic and organised individual to become a part out our Associate Programme in our Birmingham centre, working with children aged eight to 13. The role involves coordinating the sessions, ensuring that correct procedures are followed at all times and that the sessions run smoothly. This role will be constantly varied, so the successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and having constant interaction with members of the public. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the efficient running of day to day activities for the Associate Programme, ensuring student’s safety and well-being at all times, whilst maintaining confidentiality in regard to all student and staff activities of The Royal Ballet School.
