Development Manager

Covent Garden

We are looking for a driven individual to join our Development Team as Development Manager. The successful candidate will generate a fundraised income from Major Donors and Trusts for the School’s Students, Projects and Programmes in the run up to the 2026 Royal Ballet School Centenary.

This busy and wide-ranging position will ensure retention of existing support through donor communications, virtual and live engagement, reporting and stewardship. The Development Manager will be responsible for a group of major donors, family trusts and foundations to support strategic income and impact in Wellbeing, Academic, Artistic and Performance projects.

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 35 Hours per week

Location: Covent Garden, with travel to White Lodge, Richmond Park
