Front of House Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our integral team of Front of House Staff at our School in White Lodge, Richmond Park. The Front of House team are often viewed as the ‘face’ of The Royal Ballet School. As the first-person people see, speak to or email when enquiring about us, you are expected to provide a welcoming and friendly reception supported by a good understanding of all activities across the two sites.
Bringing your experience in customer service, you will develop and gain new skills in studio hire, events, ICT, student administration, artistic programmes and facilities. You will also have the opportunity to develop project management skills by taking on your own assignments. Above all you will be flexible, proactive and a strong team player able to turn your hand to help others.
Salary: £14.92 per hour
Hours: White Lodge: approx. 40 Saturdays as timetabled, largely during term time 8.00am – 6.00pm although some days will be shorter/longer depending on the school calendar. There may be occasional opportunity to cover weekday shifts, which are from either 7am – 3pm or 3pm – 7pm.
