One fixed term, part-time maternity cover and one full time, permanent role

We are seeking a confident, experienced and highly organised administrator with substantial project management experience and a knowledge of dance, ideally within a creative environment, working across a varied and busy department. With intensive courses taking place each term and the expansion of international auditions, there will be plenty of opportunity to coordinate the delivery of a range of activities held in the UK and abroad. Strong experience of project delivery is required as we expand and develop these programmes. A flexible and supportive attitude is key to ensuring that every area of the departments work is delivered to the same consistent high standard. The successful candidate will take responsibility for coordinating the delivery of all the departments’ activities with support from the departments Head of Intensives, Intensives Manager and apprentice.

Holidays: 30 days (pro rata for the part-time role)

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 FTE (pro rata for the part-time role) dependent on skills and experience

Term: We have one permanent role and one fixed term maternity cover both beginning September 2019. The fixed term role is for one year (or upon return of the permanent post holder)

Hours: Based on 35 hour week (FTE). Specific working pattern to be discussed at interview. Some evening and weekends required (compensated by TOIL)

Location: White Lodge, Richmond Park with travel and work in Covent Garden or overseas when required
