UK Delivery

We will make every effort to dispatch your order within 5 working days.

You will receive an email once your order is being dispatched.

Shipping costs start from £5.95 and are calculated based on the weight of your order.

Please note: It is our policy to dispatch orders in the shortest time possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delay whilst in transit.

EIRE/Europe and Worldwide Delivery

We will make every effort to dispatch your order within 5 working days, and usually this means you will receive your order within 10 working days, however, please allow up to 28 working days for delivery destinations outside of the UK.

You will receive an email once your order is being dispatched.

EIRE / Europe shipping costs start from £15 and worldwide shipping costs start from £20 and are calculated based on the weight of your order.

Our international courier requires a phone number so they can get in touch with the delivery contact regarding customs and import duty. Please ensure there is a contact number stored within your account before placing an order.

Import Duties

On 31 January 2020, the UK withdrew from the EU. With the end of the transition period on 31 December 2020, the UK is no longer in the EU single market and customs union. Countries which usually did not incur import duties will now be subject to these additional charges.

Most deliveries outside of the UK will incur import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You the customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Returns/Damaged Items

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not then you may return your items within 30 days as long as the product is in a resalable condition with the dispatch note for an exchange or full refund of the price you paid for the item via the original method of payment.

If an item arrives to you damaged or incorrect, we will happily send you a replacement as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, we can refund you instead. Please contact us if this happens to you, and we will provide you with a freepost returns label meaning you will not pay to return the incorrect/damaged items to us.

Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order was damaged or incorrect.

All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and for some products, tags still attached.
Wrap the item(s) securely in a suitable envelope or packet with your receipt.
Don’t forget to include a note of actions you would like to take i.e. refund, replacement, faulty etc.

Gift cards terms and conditions

Gift cards may be exchanged for goods of a price equal to or lower than the balance or value of the gift card. Gift cards can be used as a complete or partial payment. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s gift card balance or value, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. If any item purchased with a gift card is subsequently exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owing to you will be refunded in the form of the gift card initially used for such purchase.

Gift cards can only be used online and cannot be redeemed in person. They are valid for 24 months from the day of purchase. They cannot be resold, transferred for value, or exchanged for cash. No cash change will be given on purchases made using a gift card. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. A gift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, or charge card. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

When purchasing a gift card, the customer is responsible for entering the correct recipient’s email to ensure the gift card is delivered to them. If the wrong email is used and delivered to an unknown person who subsequently uses the gift card to make a purchase, The Royal Ballet School will not be able to refund. Please double-check the information you provide before placing your order.

Sometimes, emails can be caught in spam filters and sent to junk or spam folders. We advise you to check with the recipient in case there’s something waiting for them in their junk or spam folder.

Please be aware that any email notifications of gift cards scheduled to go out to a recipient on a specific date/time will be London time.

By purchasing, using or accepting a gift card, you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Royal Ballet School reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of a gift card if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.

The remainder of these terms shall apply to all purchases of goods using a gift card. To the extent that there is any conflict or inconsistency, these gift card terms shall take precedence prevailing over the provisions of the terms.

There are no limitations on how many times a gift card can be used. If you do not spend the entire balance on a gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction.

You can find out your gift card balance by logging into your Royal Ballet School account and checking your balance in the My Account area. Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the day of purchase.
