UK Delivery

We will make every effort to dispatch your order within 5 working days.

You will receive an email once your order is being dispatched.

Shipping costs start from £5.95 and are calculated based on the weight of your order.

Please note: It is our policy to dispatch orders in the shortest time possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delay whilst in transit.

EIRE/Europe and Worldwide Delivery

We will make every effort to dispatch your order within 5 working days, and usually this means you will receive your order within 10 working days, however, please allow up to 28 working days for delivery destinations outside of the UK.

You will receive an email once your order is being dispatched.

EIRE / Europe shipping costs start from £15 and worldwide shipping costs start from £20 and are calculated based on the weight of your order.

Our international courier requires a phone number so they can get in touch with the delivery contact regarding customs and import duty. Please ensure there is a contact number stored within your account before placing an order.

Import Duties

On 31 January 2020, the UK withdrew from the EU. With the end of the transition period on 31 December 2020, the UK is no longer in the EU single market and customs union. Countries which usually did not incur import duties will now be subject to these additional charges.

Most deliveries outside of the UK will incur import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You the customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Returns/Damaged Items

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not then you may return your items within 30 days as long as the product is in a resalable condition with the dispatch note for an exchange or full refund of the price you paid for the item via the original method of payment.

If an item arrives to you damaged or incorrect, we will happily send you a replacement as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, we can refund you instead. Please contact us if this happens to you, and we will provide you with a freepost returns label meaning you will not pay to return the incorrect/damaged items to us.

Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order was damaged or incorrect.

Please return or exchange an item by post:

  1. All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and for some products, tags still attached.
  2. Wrap the item(s) securely in a suitable envelope or packet with your receipt.
  3. Don’t forget to include a note of actions you would like to take i.e. refund, replacement, faulty etc.
  4. Post the item(s) by recorded delivery* to the following address:

*For your protection we recommend that you send all returns via a traceable delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for any goods not received.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund/exchange to be processed once we have received the item(s).

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
