We are a small organisation with a big mission: to train and educate outstanding classical ballet dancers and in doing so, to set the standards in dance training nationally and internationally.

As a boarding school, a performing arts organisation and a charity, we have a varied team working across many specialist areas in dance, academics, pastoral, curatorial, outreach, maintenance and housekeeping to name but a few. We offer a wide range of roles, from dance administrators, teachers and finance officers to housekeeping assistants, HR advisors and facilities managers. We look for committed and enthusiastic candidates who demonstrate the required skills and experience.
