The Royal Ballet School’s Artistic Director speaking at The Sport Performance Summit

Our Artistic Director Christopher Powney will be speaking at The Sport Performance Summit at Twickenham Stadium on Wednesday 10 November.

The summit is hosted by the Leaders Performance Institute, a global network for the high -performance community which connects over 100,000 sports industry leaders and publishes an innovative range of content to inspire and shape the future of sport. The theme for this year’s summit is ‘Power Your Progress’ and gives the opportunity for members of the institute to exchange ideas and learn from world-class leaders in their fields.

Christopher will be speaking alongside Dr. Terry Clark, Research Fellow for Performance Science at the Royal College of Music, in the session ‘Talent Factories: How the Performing Arts Develops & Nurtures World Class Talent.’ Christopher and Terry will be bringing their unique perspectives to a discussion of the art of talent development, sharing how they work to holistically develop and sustain a pipeline of exceptional talent in their respective schools.
