The Associate Programme is generously supported by the Leverhulme Foundation, the J Edward Conway Fund and the Hines Fund. These funders offer means tested financial support for course fees and uniform costs. Funding of up to 90% of course fees is available. Travel bursaries are also available to any Associate student that travels 75+ miles to their Associate classes.
How and when do I pay?
Invoices for Associates classes are issued in August and December, with any uniform grants being applied to the first invoice. Payments can be made via bank transfer, standing order, cheque or using a credit or debit card. Card payments attract an additional handling fee (Debit card 0.4% and Credit card 1.5%). Please quote the account number or student name on all payments. We are unable to offer payments by direct debit at this time.
Withdrawal from the Associate Programme
One term’s notice must be given in writing by a parent wishing to withdraw a pupil from the Associate Programme. The fee for the notice period is payable, regardless of whether the student is attending the classes.
