On Wednesday 9 December the students at White Lodge once again wore their Christmas Jumpers for charity, organised by Mrs Suzanne Gunton.
This year we chose the PSP Association (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy) a charity that supports those with this rare, incurable, neurological condition which robs sufferers of mobility and often of speech, and works with researchers on causes and treatment.
Our students appreciated the contrast with their own mobility and were able to get into the spirit of the day fully, with jumpers ranging from the subtle to the colourful, complete with flashing lights!
Year 7 girls hold Hope, the PSP Association’s mascot, wearing a festive tutu made by Caroline Hume.
