Senior Associate Short Course

Our Senior Associate Short Course in Leeds is for girls and boys aged 14-15 who wish to take class with The Royal Ballet School, alongside their regular ballet classes.

Please note that from September 2023 the Senior Associate Short Course will become a full Associate Course in Leeds and will run for 18 Sundays throughout the year.

Eligibility

Students aged 14-15 on 31 August 2022
Demonstrable commitment to the study of classical ballet
Girls must be en pointe
Ability to travel to Leeds on each Sunday of the academic year that a class is held

Course structure

Each class will be taught by a Royal Ballet School Associate Teacher and will be three hours in duration from 12:00-15:00.

• Barre work
• Centre work
• Allegro
• Pointe work (girls)
