New: Insight Days coming to Belfast and Dundee
The Royal Ballet School is coming to Northern Ireland and Scotland this autumn with four events aimed at giving young dancers an insight into our world-renowned training.
We’re inviting students aged 7 to 17, their parents and dance teachers to attend one of two Insight Days in Belfast and Dundee in October and November. Dancers will have the chance to join a two-hour masterclass with Royal Ballet School teachers.
Dance teachers can join up to five classes at each venue, as well as a free ‘meet and greet’ session with Christopher Powney, Artistic Director, Mark Annear, Head of Training & Access and Sylvia Hubbard, Associate Programme Manager.
Christopher Powney said: ‘We’re thrilled to be coming to Belfast and Dundee this year. It is our intention that these events are the beginning of a more regular presence in Northern Ireland and Scotland. They will also provide another opportunity for us to inspire and scout for talented UK dancers.’
