Inspire to be: an inspiring new teachers’ CPD series
Teachers will soon have access to a brand new series of CPD days run by The Royal Ballet School as part of our Inspire programme.
Inspire to be follows on from our popular Inspire seminars, and offers teachers the chance to observe a ballet class in action while also learning through theoretical elements, discussion and reflection.
The series comprises of four separate days which are all aimed at:
- providing teachers with a comprehensive understanding of the foundations of classical ballet technique
- giving teachers a grounding in relevant education practice
- assisting teachers in improving the effectiveness of the teaching-learning process
- helping teachers apply pedagogical, technical and artistic knowledge to their practice
Booking is now open for Inspire to be Day 1 – Entree: children’s first steps in classical ballet. It will be held on Sunday 4 November at The Royal Ballet School’s Covent Garden studios.
