Kako Nakata

Kako studied with Morikawa Sataomi Ballet Academy from October 2016 to March 2019, then with K-graceballet from April 2019 where she continues to train.

Kako’s ballet achievements include classical and contemporary 1st place in the Victoire Ballet Competition Tokyo (2022), classical 3rd place in the Ballet Japan Cup (2023), finalist in the Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) Japan (2022), classical top 12 and 3rd place contemporary in the YAGP Tampa (2023) and the Hope Award for contemporary  at the YAGP Japan (2023).

She also gained short term scholarships at the European School of Ballet, Alberta Ballet School, the Australian Ballet School, Theater Basel Ballet, Berlin State Ballet School, John Cranko School. Berlin State Ballet School and The Royal Ballet School.
