HR Apprentice

Covent Garden

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual keen to build a career in Human Resources to join our team as an Apprentice. This role will involve supporting the department across all areas including recruitment, all stages of the employee life cycle and compliance. The successful candidate will be enrolled on a Level 3 HR Apprenticeship and will be expected to complete this by the end of the fixed term. The Apprentice will be supported in their learning journey by both the School and their tutors via the Apprenticeship provider.

This role would suit someone who understands the importance of delivering a high-quality employee service and has a genuine desire to work in HR. The successful candidate will be confident dealing with various stakeholders both within the organisation and with the public, as well as having confidence dealing with high levels of administration. Salary                    £17,500 per annum

Duration              Two years fixed term, dependent always on the continuation of the Apprenticeship programme

Hours                    Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Location               Covent Garden, with occasional travel to White Lodge, Richmond Park
