We’re excited to bring our non-selective one-day Intensive Courses back to London this February.
During the one-day Intensive, young dancers aged 9-14 can explore confidence and coordination in classical ballet, and stagecraft using repertoire from The Nutcracker.

These courses are non-selective. Places are limited and offered on a first-come-first-served basis. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Building confidence and coordination
This one-day Intensive Course aims to develop confidence and coordination in classical ballet, helping young dancers apply these components to their dance training.

10.00 – 10.30 – Warm-up, body awareness and conditioning
10.45 – 12.15 – Ballet class: how we can develop confidence and coordination and apply it during ballet class
13.00 – 14.30 – Focus class: building confidence and coordination in classical ballet
14.45 – 15.15 – Cool down, reflection on the day’s learning and presentation of certificates.

Exploring stagecraft in The Nutcracker
Stagecraft plays an essential part in developing a character and storytelling in classical ballet. This one-day Intensive Course will explore stagecraft in The Nutcracker and help young dancers apply this understanding to their practice.

14.45 – 15.15 – Cool down, reflection on the day’s learning and presentation of certificates.
