Emilia Delgado Romero

Emilia’s first encounter with ballet began at the age of three. At the age of six, she entered Oddity Dance College, where she takes classes from her actual teacher Karina Brito. At the age of nine, she began a certification program at the National Cuban Ballet School ‘Fernando Alonso’ with the teacher Ramona Elcira De Saá Bello.

In 2023, Emilia participated for the first time in the Youth American Grand Prix Mexico in the pre-competitive category and was invited to compete in New York Finals 2024. Furthermore, she was invited to participate in the final gala and received scholarships for various schools such as The Royal Ballet School, Princess Grace Academy, Oklahoma City Ballet, and Houston Ballet Academy.

On being named a Royal Ballet School International Scholar, Emilia said:

‘I am very happy to have been chosen as a Royal Ballet School International Scholar.
Being part of The Royal Ballet School is a dream come true.’
