Nora Philippe

Nora is 15 years old and discovered dancing in Haiti through traditional Afro-Caribbean dance. She began to take a greater interest in ballet at the age of 10 and joined the School of Dance Temps de Flèche in September 2020 after arriving in France. In September 2021, Nora was accepted into the Paris Opera Ballet School and spent two years there before returning to Temps de Flèche, where she broadened her training in contemporary dance and jazz.

In November 2023, she participated in the Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) semi-finals in Paris and Barcelona, where she placed 3rd in contemporary dance and was also ranked among the top 12 classical dancers in the Junior category. She was then invited to perform as a soloist at the YAGP Final in New York in April 2024.

Although dance competitions were entirely new for Nora in 2023, she was rewarded with several prizes, including invitations to discovery weeks at Zurich Dance Academy and the Dutch National Ballet School.
